I was asked to work on a project to enhance the report functionality in Test&Target , which is one part of the Adobe Online Marketing Suite. Since the product was new to me, I started with reviewing the documents of Persona and Scenario.
Persona is an important tool I use during design, which are also re-evaluated through user interviews. Originally we had a set of scenarios to accompany the primary Persona, however we found out that each project has its own set of unique scenarios that are not included in the original set. Therefore, I have since decided to deliver personas san scenarios and write them only when needed for the project at hand.
