It was a redesign project a couple of years ago, where I designed the UI of this product all over again from the scratch. The previous UI was created by engineers from a strong engineering perspective. The challenge was to make it easy for marketing people to use. I conducted user interviews, competitor research and created affinity diagrams, and finally came up with a WYSWYG interface after many iterations.
